WHICH SIZES DO YOU OFFER? 
In the online shop we offer sizes from S to XL. The body chains are usually adjustable and you can make them one size smaller or bigger. If you need a special size, please don't hesitate to contact us via mail info@moonchainjewelry.de. 

CAN I ORDER MY FAVORITE BODY CHAIN WITH A DIFFERENT STONE?
Not every body chain is available with every stone. You can see the available options on the respective product page.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY?

Germany	free if order value higher than 99€
Germany	4,99€ if order value is below 99€
Europe	7,49€

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

For the delivery time you can calculate 3 days of production time plus 2-4 working days delivery time in Germany. For Europe, the delivery time consists of 3 days of production time plus 4-8 workings days of delivery time. 

CAN I RETURN CHAINS IF THEY DONT FIT OR I DON'T LIKE THEM?
Yes, you can return chains if they don't fit or you don't like them. Within 14 days, you have to send back the jewelry. Please note, we are still a very small business, so please only shop pieces that you intend to keep. Unfortunately, you have to pay the return shipping costs. 
We are taking over the return costs in case the good was damaged before you received it. 

WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE? 
We use stainless steel for all our body chains. The gold chains are additionally 18k gold plated. All our stones and shells are of natural origin. 

IS THERE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY?
If the goods are used, there is no warranty.
